Refund policy

Effective Date: 15/03/2025

At AEPS X PRO, we strive to deliver smooth, secure, and real-time financial services. However, in rare cases where transactions fail or services remain undelivered, the following refund policy will apply.


1. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • ID Activation Charges (Retailer / Distributor / State Head)

  • Wallet Recharge / Load Amounts

  • PAN Card Service Fees

  • Platform Signup or Service Fees

  • Training or Consultation Charges (if applicable)

All such payments are one-time and non-refundable.


2. Transaction-Based Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • AEPS transaction failed but amount was deducted

  • Recharge, DMT, or BBPS transaction failed due to server or API error

  • The amount was debited from wallet or bank, but service was not delivered

Conditions:

  • Refund will be processed only after confirmation from respective bank/API provider

  • TAT (Turnaround Time) for refund processing is 3 to 7 working days

  • All refund requests must be raised within 3 days of transaction


3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, users must:

  • Email us at: aepsxpro@gmail.com

  • Mention: Transaction ID, Amount, Date, and Service Type

  • Attach proof (screenshot or transaction slip)


4. Refund Mode

All approved refunds will be credited to:

  • The user’s AEPS X PRO wallet

  • Or original payment source (in rare cases, if applicable)

No cash or manual refunds will be processed.


5. Right to Refuse

AEPS X PRO reserves the right to reject refund requests in the following cases:

  • False, tampered, or incomplete transaction details

  • Deliberate misuse or fraudulent intent

  • Refund requested after the time window has expired
