1. About AEPS X PRO

AEPS X PRO is a digital financial service platform that provides AEPS, money transfer, mobile & DTH recharge, utility bill payment, PAN card services, and other fintech solutions to retailers and distributors across India.

2. Eligibility to Use

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information and documentation during registration.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Services Offered

  • AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System)

  • Domestic Money Transfer (DMT)

  • Mobile & DTH Recharge

  • Utility Bill Payment (BBPS)

  • PAN Card Application (New & Correction)

  • Retailer, Distributor & State Head ID Activation

Note: AEPS X PRO services are subject to availability and may change in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

4. Charges & Commissions

  • Activation charges for IDs are one-time and non-refundable.

  • Commissions vary based on service type and user category (Retailer, Distributor, etc.).

  • AEPS X PRO reserves the right to revise commission rates and service fees without prior notice.

5. Wallet & Transactions

  • Users are responsible for the security of their wallet and OTP-based transactions.

  • AEPS X PRO is not liable for any loss due to unauthorized access or user negligence.

  • Transaction failures will be resolved as per our refund & settlement policies, subject to bank confirmations.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in any fraudulent or unauthorized activity

  • Misrepresent AEPS X PRO or resell its services without permission

  • Share access credentials with third parties

Violation may lead to permanent suspension without refund.

7. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your data is collected only for identity verification, transaction processing, and internal records.

8. Liability Disclaimer

AEPS X PRO shall not be held responsible for:

  • Technical delays or server downtime from third-party providers (e.g., banks, billers, APIs)

  • Losses due to network failure or incorrect data provided by the user

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Termination Policy

AEPS X PRO reserves the right to deactivate or suspend any account for:

  • Policy violations

  • Fraudulent activities

  • Misuse of services

10. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Guwahati, India.
